BADGES & UNIFORM
New Scouts can wear their cub uniform (if they were a cub) or casual clothes, but should purchase a Scout shirt at some point prior to investiture. See the diagrams on the left for badge placement, a full guide is shown here. Badges can be sewn (preferred) or attached with badge glue. New Scouts should continue to wear their green and black Cub necker (Scouts wear the same). Investiture takes place during their first term, they should choose a Scout Promise (on right) that aligns with their beliefs. We usually conduct the ceremony somewhere quirky. |
